During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by phfan. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfan, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
phfan's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their phfan account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phfan makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content therein.
You may close your phfan account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
phfan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, phfan reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, phfan may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phfan, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phfan support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
phfan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phfan will notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the phfan Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
